Meats are steam-roasted, sauces are slow-cooked in kettles, and vegetables are gently simmered to preserve their natural texture and taste.
We follow traditional cooking methods, adapted to larger-scale production. Once prepared, each portion is hermetically sealed and gently sterilized in a steam autoclave. This process allows us to avoid preservatives entirely — yet the food stays safe and delicious for up to 15 years without refrigeration or special storage — while maintaining its flavour and nutritional value.
